One place for your address and everything that is on its way to you
Paste a parcel's tracking number and we follow it for you — nothing to install, and no going from site to site.
Today, every parcel lives somewhere else
One arrives with one carrier, the next with another, and the one after that with a company you have never heard of. Each has its own site, its own email and its own way of saying things — and you are the one chasing all of them.
-
One place, not seven
The deliveries you add stay in the same list, in the same language, whichever carrier is behind them.
-
No internal codes
Registered, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered. We do not show carriers' internal codes, because we do not know what they mean and we are not going to pretend we do.
-
The time that exists, not the one that looks good
When the carrier only gives the day, we show only the day. Inventing an hour would look better and would be a lie.
What we don't do
Worth saying as much as the rest.
-
We don't know what's inside
We do not collect the product, the price, the payment method or the reason for the purchase. To follow a delivery, none of that is needed.
-
We are not a carrier
We do not deliver, we do not change how anyone delivers, and we do not decide who may receive. Everything stays as it was — we observe and organise.
-
We don't show your address to anyone
The address is yours and it is kept for you. When you change it, the history is not erased.
Where we stand, plainly
EU Delivery ID is in development and in real use. It already follows real parcels, end to end, with the events the carrier publishes. We have not yet done enough to say it works for everyone — and until we have, we are not going to say it.
On phones, soon
The iPhone and Android apps are in preparation. Until they arrive, EU Delivery ID works in the phone browser, with nothing to install.
